Mr Steve Puckett
Honorary Advisor

Steve Puckett is a staunch supporter of the Arts in Singapore and is the immediate Past President of the British Chamber of Commerce where he was a board member for eight years. He is a recognised expert on the Asia business environment, having developed numerous opportunities across the region over the past 25 years, ranging from $ billion country entries for large corporates to small entrepreneurial start-ups.

In Singapore he is a board member of the Charities Aid Foundation - South East Asia and the Lien Aid Foundation and is an advisory board member of Singapore Polytechnic.

He is a Fellow and the immediate past Chairman of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and until the end of the 1990’s he was with a major oil company where he held senior executive positions with regional accountabilities. He is the founder of various businesses including the Singapore based Asia-wide energy consulting business Tri-Zen.

Mr Stephen Mangham
Honorary Advisor

(rhymes with hang'em) is one of the partners in Mangham Gaxiola, Singapore's biggest ever advertising agency start up.

Prior to setting up his own shop he was the Chairman of the Ogilvy Singapore Group.

Under his leadership, Ogilvy almost trebled their revenue and in less than six years grew from 240 to 600 people.

Stephen graduated with a degree in law from Oxford University. He is married with four boys and devours English Literature in his spare time.

Mr Looi Teck Kheong
Regional General Counsel - Legal, Regulatory and Business Development

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor, Singapore, Looi Teck Kheong has over 30 years of professional experience spanning private practice as well as acting as in-house counsel.

With a deep interest in law and technology, Teck Kheong has played an active role as an industry practitioner in the areas of information technology, civil & commercial practice and journalistic publication.

He was also involved in the national Electronic Filing Services initiated by the Supreme Court of Singapore as a member of a Law Society Committee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree with Honours from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and has Master degrees in Law, Public Policy (from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy) and Economic Policy & Development (from the Economics Faculty) from the NUS.

Teck Kheong has advised tech start-ups and has contributed to the tech community in the areas of ecommerce, fintech, regtech, ICOs, gifting vouchers, wellness and equity investment platform.
